Promethazine w/ Codeine Syrup with no ratio.

swim has a bottle of red promethazine w/ codeine syrup but it does not have the ratio printed on the label, so swim cant figure out how much to take. the recommended dosage is 10 ML and the quantity of syrup in the bottle is 360 ML.

is it worth it to even mess with this stuff? swim is currently booting dope as well, swim does not plan on mixing the two btw.

If you're slamming gear then the syrup will likely have no effects on you. The promethazine however will be quite a potent sedative. In all honesty I'd give it a miss and only use it when you're in withdrawals from the gear. If you are in wds as it is - I believe it's the same as always, 5mg codeine 12.5 prometh (although I could be wrong).
