Promethazine VC w/codeine

I am quite experienced with prometh/codeine, but today was given promethazine VC w/codeine wich apparently contains phenylerphrine as well. I guess it's the "new" replacment for psuedo.

Anybody had any experience with this stuff? I am just a little worried that an added stimulant could raise blood pressure in recreational doses. I read one post while searching this site about that involved that stuff with hydrocodone and the post said not to worry about it, but codeine is weaker and more must me taken.

Any guidance would be helpful.

The phenylerphine is added to prevent abuse and for congestion. You can't abuse as much and you'll possibly feel all wired if you take too much.

So at least it's not completely useless? I'd be fine knowing I could still use it in smaller doses.

Probably a stupid question but I don't suppose there is any extraction technique as done with pills to get rid of all that shit?

Yes, you can still in lower doses, just don't chug the bottle clean.

There is no way to extract codeine from syrup (I believe).
