Promethazine VC Syrup

Hello, Prometh VC contains phenergan and phenylephrine. If I take it, will it make me drowsy from the phenergan, or will the phenylephrine cause me to stay up? I just need to know if I should take this before I go to sleep, or if it will make cause me to stay up.

Can be difficult to predict, different people will have different sensitivities. Easiest way to find out is probably just to try it once.
 
Promethazine usually makes me tired and the dopamine antagonist effect will make me feel lethargic for a whole day almost afterward. I'd take it before bed. The phenylephrine dose should probably not be high enough to cause any stimulant effects, that's my guess at least.
