Opioids Promethazine syrup

Hello bluelight! This is my first post after being told about the site by a friend. I have a question for you all. I have been trying to get a hold of some lean/purple drank. After going to the doctor she prescribed me promethazine syrup dm yellow syrup..I'm aware I can't lean off this, however if I combine this with a codiene based medicine can i grt the same effect as prometh codiene cough syrup?
 
Yup. If the DM refers to the syrup having DXM in it, the buzz might be a little different from a straight promethazine+codeine combo. It'll still fuck you up in a very similar way tho... Just be careful with the depressed breathing. Don't dose too high. And, finally, enjoy.

Yep, I can't advise you on how to get better cough syrup but if you can procure the codeine yourself, mix it up with the prometh and some sprite, maybe a few jolly ranchers :P

When I used to lean I'd crush up an OC and put it in the drink too. I miss those days...

edit: I didn't see the post above me I wasn't suggesting you do this ^ I was just reminiscing .
We can't tell you what to dose, but be aware when deciding upon your dose that codeine has a ceiling effect, which means, anything more than 400mg is a waste, it won't get you more high.
 
Alright thanks for the advice! I haven't done leaned in a while so i really hope to find some codiene
 
What do you mean, "What to combine it with."

My personal fav is 350mg codeine + 20mg promethazine. I mean, if you're interested in combining the two. That will fuck you up too, so, don't drink any booze or use any benzos (I'm assuming you're not a regular user of opioids/have no/low tolerance to their effects). Like, this would be good when you're not under any obligations and just want to get fucked up and chill. And nod. And dream, although not necessarily sleep.

^Not necessarily. 30mg of DXM prior to dosing opioids is actually really nice...
 
personally i never did like mixing opiates with anticholinergics like prometh. it might boost the buzz a little but it just makes me want to pass out. not to mention it's a mild antipsychotic (yuck!)
 
I had the chance of trying hydroxyzine with my opioids the other day for the first time. Certainly as far as antihistamines go, hydroxyzine > promethazine > diphenhydramine. Diphen is just so easy to get it'll probably remain my go to.

As the Capt'n's post implies, the hydroxyzine went really well my with sublingual bupe (I use ethanol to increase the BA, which works really well).

#Captain.Heroin: have you ever tried suboxone sublingually using ethanol to increase BA? I'm wondering how it compares to IM suboxone, which I might be starting again, once I get my kit in order.
