Benzos Promethazine max daily dose

Am I safe taking over 250mg of promethazine in the span time of 4 hours? Im mixing it with kpins (for which I have a high tolerance)

100mg eveeery 4 to 6 hours is the same dose i think

I'm trying to get the most I can as I am using it to boost my kpins, so I was asking what is the max amount of prometh I can take at once?

High chance you will start to enter delirium territory at 250mg, also gets cardiotoxic the higher you dose. Why would you take this much promethazine unless you have a massive anticholinergic tolerance? It doesnt get better the more you take, 100mg would likely be enough

100mg max . 75 personally. went up 225 once, felt bad and was totally dysphoric, no delirium but bad feelings overall even if loaded on benzos pregabs and opiates.. ruined everything

High dose Promethazine is the same as high dose Diphenhydramine, just don't do it! 50-75mg is the most appropriate dosage range.
