Thats alot of promethazine. I usually pass out or forget everything past 50mg

^ Snap. Even 50mg promethazine is a hefty dosage if you dont have an anti-histamine tollerance. I've done 120mg before (not mixed with anything else, mind) and although you wont get especially worrying health concerns from <100mg or so you will start to get delerium induced hallucinations, heavy sedation and massive confusion if you push it too much.
As for the OP this depends on your tollerance to opiates more than anything else, safety wise. Don't jump in with the dosages stated if you don't know your useage/tollerance/body well. Start smaller then work up if you are unsure of how you will react.

I love promethazine, really good if you get nausea from opiates. The best is the cream that comes in a rig and you squirt it on your wrists and its absorbed transdermally.
I haven't tried promethazine mixed with hydrocodone, but I have done promethazine with codeine. I drank a "fo"(4 fl oz) which has about 150mg of promethazine and 240mgs of codeine. It was nice, even with a little bit of a tolerance to opiates.I don't recommend you take that dose. You'll probably fall asleep. Might not wake up, like all too many rappers from promethazine/codeine. The usual dose is 25mg for allergies or 50mg as a sedative. Take 25mg of promethazine and you should be okay with 22.5 of hydrocodone. Or just take the hydrocodone alone.

I disagree with 75 mg promethazine being too much. It'll be sedating, but should synergize well (my favorite anti-histamine to take with opioids). Without a tolerance to antihistamines and naive as hell to opioids as a kid, I used to take four 'Meprozine Forte' capsules at once (the crap everyone used to have in their house from old dental surgeries) which contained 50mg meperidine and 25mg promethazine each. 100 mg promethazine wasn't enough to cause me any anti-cholinergic delirium, completely allayed any possible itching/nausea, and resulted in hours of nodding. And I unfortunately know well the signs of anti-cholinergic delirium, having experienced it on doses of diphenhydramine from 150mg up...
Not directed at anyone specifically, but note these old anti-histamines are often administered IV in hospitals and have horrible oral BA, so 75 oral isn't that bad. On the other hand, 25-50mg of IV dph or promethazine would knock most grown men out.

^yea, promethazine wont really add much danger to the combination, it's more to do with how you react to opiates I was talking about.
75mg promethazine will add a lot more mental sedation without adding much physical sedation. But you should be fine with the doses in the OP. But from an overkill harm reduction perspective you shouldn't do this if you've never done either of these drugs before at these doses.

It'll be more sedating, but I doubt you'll completely fall asleep if enjoying a reasonably strong hydrocodone high. It's hard to pass out on opioids in my experience, even with antihistamines mixed in. If they were that easy to pass out on at recreational doses, people wouldn't nod, they'd just drop and sleep off their high 
If your intent is to move about and talk to people and party and go to Walmart, then forget the promethazine. It should be a total plus for relaxation purposes, though.

Depends on the syrup formulation. Lortab elixir is usually something like 7.5mg per 15ml.
If you've never done promethazine with your 'codone I would stick to 50mg or less just so you're not overwhelmed and knocked the fuck out. But you can safely do up to 100mg in a dose, so go wild if you think you can handle it.

Yes the the 2nd bigger number is always acetaminophen, You should NOT take over 4000mg in a day for it can cause liver damage. At 1000mg you should be perfectly fine!

Yes yes you are fine have at it! When you get over 4000mg is when you will have problems. Your fine up until then!
