I just got some promethazine dm yellow syrup and I know I can't lean off of just this but I was wondering what I could mix it with to get the same effects/ if there is any effects of just drinking this. This is my first blue light post so thanks to anyone who answers!

You need pain medicine with it, codeine, morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone some kind of pain medicine. and in reality all "leaning" is it nodding off of pain edicine and you are 100% capable "leaning" with pain edicine and nothing else. You may as well save your syrup for whtever you got it for and just taking a couple pain pills...

Promethazine DM is promethazine plus dextromethorphan. It's not really what you'd use for "lean". Unfortunately because of the high amount of promethazine compared to DXM it's not good for DXM robotripping either.
