Heroin Promethazine Cheese?

hey guys, recently i've been getting quite a bit of some good quality heroin and 30mg roxicodones and have been having a blast, but my lungs are fucked from chasing the dragon day and night (tired of poking my arms) so i'm looking to make some dank cheese. I found a bottle of 12.5mg Promethazine, the ones that look like this

and was wondering if it would work well (in terms of possibly potentating and also not clogging the shit out of my nose) in making cheese. i was thinking about making a roxi cheese (heavenly music plays) and decided against it due to it being so damn expensive
any help would be greatly appreciated bros!
 
i dont know what you mean by cheese haha. smoking oxy and heroin is a waste!! if you are going to do heroin snort, plug, or IV it, and just take oxy orally. trust me please!

swallow a blue with 10-35mgs promethazine (on an empty stomach!!). once you peak on the oxy, and its starting to fade, snort some lines of boy. you will be sent into nod land. be careful, prometh is a potent sedative. it will increase CNS depression caused by the opiates. KNOW YOUR TOLERANCE, YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR OWN LIMITS, AND IF YOU PUSH THEM YOU COULD END UP IN THE HOSPITAL OR DEAD.
 
thanks lacster it's nice to have someone comment on this that has manners. i guess cheese is a TX term, it first came up in dallas. to make cheese you prep the tar as if you were going to monkey or shoot it, but instead of doing that you chop up a pill and drop it into the liquid and mix it up, thus making a powder that is a.) heroin and b.) whatever your pill is
if i had bars i would so do bars and smack but i don't have any at the moment. cheese is how you snort non china white boy.

Do not mix all three of these drugs together with heroin. "Cheese" is stupid and dangerous.

Do not mix heroin, benzos and promethazine together.
 
if i had bars i wouldn't even touch the prometh haha. i've got a stupidly high tolerance to stuff, but i don't really try to push my limits. and i'm tired of putting needles in my arms man, i can't keep doing it that's why i'm brainstorming new ideas on doing it. what are other methods of doing H besides IV, and smoking? i have tar so there's no option of snorting
 
whaat? forreal? i had no idea. i've plugged xo's before so i guess it couldn't be much worse than that. ima try that. how long does it take to really hit you?
 
within 15 minutes. do a google and bluelight search, do your research and you will be good! i believe in you :)
