Opioids Promethazine and Methadone/Percs

In what way and how much does promethazine potentiate these two opiates? How much should I decrease or increase the dose of methadone/oxy to make sure the promethazine doesn't rock a user with no tolerance but is still a significant 'high' and not just an opiate buzz. When should I dose the promethazine? When should I dose the opiates?

I dont know much about promenthazine but if it increase4s you methadone , Im listening...
 
id say take like 120 MG of promethazine with a lower than normal dosage of opiates. take about 75% of a regular dose of opiates. you are gonna be fucked up good and hard either way. Promethazine and opiates have long been a favorite pastime of opiate users and promethazine alike. just start dosing lower than I said originally and up your dosage if you enjoy the effects. just don't go overboard or you will end up in the ER with a catheter up your pee-hole. NOT FUN.
 
i heard promethazine increases codiene x2 or something. but im not fo sho. Id take about 2/3 of what u usually take and dose from there.
