promethazine and h

Simple question, I did my last shot about 45 minutes ago.. probally like a .1 of some okay dope, the high wore off a while ago and I felt like id be up all night. So I took some promethazine. Is it safe? I broke a 25 mg tablet in half and took the smaller of the 2

^ It should be fine. Many people take promethazine with opioids, as an antihistamine and also to add to the sedation (it is a 1st generation antihistamine and has sedative properties). Taken in high doses it can cause unpleasant delirium, but even 25mg is okay for sleeping (don't take more than you need though, if 10-15mg is enough then take that). Since I never did H, I can not tell you about Promethazine or other sedative anti-histamines in combination with Heroin.

Did have my fair share on Promethazine(which I have on prescription for hay fever as Loratadine does not work enough in mid-summer) combined with benzo's. Mostly Etizolam. Added Few eupohoria and makes 2mg more sedative and muscle relaxing.

As Heroin has a tight Active Dose/Lethal Dose ratio, and because purity is mostly unknown, I wouldn't take the shot. It could help you get into a nod easier though, thanks to the sedative properties of Promethazine.
