Promethazine 24 hours before MDMA

I've just taken 20mg of promethazine to help me sleep, but I forgot to look up drug interactions with MDMA before I took it.
I plan to roll tomorrow about 24 hours from now. I know its not much but do you think the Promethazone would have an effect? or is 24 hours long enough?
The half life is supposed to be 13-16 hours, so I would still have quite a chunk of that one pill in me (7 or 8 mg at least).

Promethazine is a phenothiazine derivative that is structurally different from the neuroleptic phenothiazines, with similar but different effects.[1] It acts primarily as a strong antagonist of the H1 receptor (antihistamine) and a moderate mACh receptor antagonist (anticholinergic),[1] and also has weak to moderate affinity for the 5-HT2A,[10] 5-HT2C,[10] D2,[11][12] and α1-adrenergic receptors,[13] where it acts as an antagonist at all sites as well.

I doubt there would be any advers reactions other than a possible muted MDMA experience...but I really even doubt you would notice at all.

Idealy you should wait a few days atleast but just because you might have alack luster night. but I don't see any real danger in rolling 24 hours after taking this drug.
