You've read peoples experience reports with Codeine AND Promethazine, or just Codeine? Like I said 90mg is a pretty small dose of Codeine, it's a long way from the OD point even for a newcomer but the Promethazine is what worries me.
But yes, you should be fine to up it to 120mg if you felt nothing at all from it the other night.
