Hey, did anyone ever notice a different effect as soon as they smoke, after doing MDMA or similar (apb e.g.) substances for a few months? (Say, three times a week?)

Something that resembles a panic attack, except breathing seems depressed, although accompanied by a lot of sweating.

Mootoo,

How often do you take mdma?
How much mdma do you take when you do it?
Are you testing your mdma. Are you 100% sure its mdma?
Sounds like your suffering from anxiety.

I dose every 40 days plus nowadays, but its always had like a 30 day wait.
When i vape weed when ive been on mdma and ketamine (say from a rave) ,
Its perhaps one of the most Beautiful highs i get, Nice closed eye visuals, last time i chucked some DJ irish Acid trance classix mixes on and just lay on my bed enjoying my dreamy high, then fell asleep for 7 hours.

It's mostly the APBs, not MDMA (they are supposed to be an analogue of MDA). And... 100mg about three times a week, which is I'm sure more often than most people do (it is, yet, not as potent as ecstasy). It's just bizarre that whatever is happening occurs as soon as weed is smoked.

There are threads on the main page of Ecstasy Discussion about Ecstasy causing panic attacks with repeated use. Ecstasy can be a number of different entactogens.

I would take a break from MDMA and focus on something else in life for a little while.

Oh no - the effects never change.
You can continue to take serotonin releasing agents at will!
Months in a row.

Yay indestructible neurotransmitters!
Gimme a break.

^^

There's a great point to be had from his sarcasm.

Take breaks, chill out and possibly take some St. John's wort, kira or perkia brain specifically. You've probably caused some temporary down-regulation from using serotonin releasing agents so religiously. SJW will sensitize, and up regulate this endogenous system. Along with other protracted benefits, the greatest being BDNF protein release with sustained us.

Take my words with a grain of salt as I have no previous experience, or background in researching APBs.

OR

Take breaks of 40 days+ , and enjoy a High in L-Tryptophan diet,
Accompanied by exercise and work outs. As well as good sunlight exposure and getting up early.

Biggest thing wrong people are doing is Redosing!

DOSE ONCE.
