Hello,
Two nights ago I had just taken around 6 shots worth of liquor (in mixed drinks), 7.5mg instant release amphetamine, around 2 bowls of cannabis, and a few cigarettes in between. I am quite small, 95lbs, 5'3.
I hadn't eaten anything all day, and rght before I started drinking, I went to Dairy Queen and ate an fairly large amount of food (burgers, fries) and a milkshake. Immediately when I started drinking, I felt nauseous. Then I smoked the weed and took the generic adderrall. I wasn't able to sleep all night, and did not fall asleep until around 1:00pm the next day. Also, during the day after, I still felt slightly drunk, headache, nausea, lethargy, typical hangover symptoms except I still had the feeling alcohol was still running through me, despite not having it in 12+ hours. I then slept a good 11 hours.
Today (two days later), I feel severe lethargy with some very slight vertigo, and bizarrely occasional nystagmus (my field of vision shakes, a bit like ecstasy). This is very concerning to me, I have never had a real hangover, yet alone a hangover that lasts more than a day. I didn't even drink that much! And it doesn't even seem like a hangover, it's pretty much just lethargy, as I don't feel any nausea or headache at all. I
Is this normal? Any tips? I am probably over reacting but I feel as though I've fucked my self up somehow. This lethargy is crippling, and has already caused me to miss appointments and other things I am supposed to be doing.
Thanks
