As soon as I get my opie wd over & done with & I'm feeling up to it I'm deffo gonna get bk in shape, that's the plan anyway. Got workout bench, barbell, dumbbells & plenty of weights.
14 yrs ago I was underweight frm coming off H, decided to give the gym a go with a friend who'd been going for quite a while. It became my new addiction. Within 4 - 5 mths I'd put on 3 stone, up to 13 & half stone with big muscles. Unlike OP I needed to put weight on, not lose it
