Opioids Profuse sweating on oxycodone HCL

anyway the thwart this side effect guys ? its getting annoying when in public it really gives me a nasty " druggie " look

i take 10mg every 6 hours

Ah, I sweat a lot too with oxy! And I get crazy shaky, to the point where it's kind of awkward because I feel like it's really noticeable. Do you think Benadryl or something might help? It's supposed to help with flushing and itching because those are both due to histamine production, I believe. Maybe sweating is another side effect of histamine production?

I always sweat a lot on opiates. One thing that I noticed(back when I used to toke) is that weed takes the sweating away. You don't have to get stoned out of your mind, just one or two hits is enough if the quality is decent.

As others have suggested, you could try an anti histamine but that never helps me with sweating.

ill try the benadryl tomorow and gauge its effectivness .....wont be trying the pot due to recent back surgery..anymore tips and tricks would be apprciated!!!

I have this problem when switching meds...I was recently put on fent...sweating a lot during the 1st few days...benedryl doesn't help me. It stopped after a few days though...any relief?
