Professional fraternity

I'm sorta barely considering joining a professional chemistry fraternity (alpha chi sigma, I think it's actually the one one). Just wondering if anybody has experience with pretty serious professional frats or knows of lots of benefits. Just trying to decide if it's worth the time to join.
