Opioids Prodeine forte, any info/ideas?

I recently came in possession of some 'Prodeine forte'. Each box contains 20 pill with each containing 30mg of codeine phosphate. Any ideas on what i should do with them??
 
If you plan on taking a lot check out the Cold Water Extraction (CWE) megathread in the OD Directory as linked in my signature.
