problems with perferated septums? burned a hole and still can't stop

Hey all,

So been doing coke pretty much daily for about 3 years and a few months ago I confirmed what I had suspected for past year, that I have a hole in my septum (had used on and off b4 then starting 11 years ago, but really got into it again wen I went on bupe/mmt)

It really doesn't bother me though, sure I snore now, and I get gigantic, grotesque fleshy looking boogers, but no discomfort really.

I know its a sign I should stop using, but I just can't bite the bullet of having zero drugs I use for recreation

So how bad is this? Has anyone had this happen, what was the effects? Anything aweful I should lknow aboiut ?

Ahh what a nightmare. I know its easier said than done; but you should really slow down before the damage gets worse.
Hopefully somebody can give you some input here.

Depending on the size and severity of the perforation it may need surgery or only some creams such fusidic acid. In any case you need to stop insufflating and see a doctor because if it develops further you could be looking at infections and some serious respiratory complications.
