(Sorry for my bad english).
Hello , im from north europe ( Estonia). I found out that couple members are from same country as me , and they live near me and using same stuff.
So my story start when i was 13 , a bit weed later amphetamine , ecstasy etc, it all took me to 17 yrs old i started 3MF(fentanyl).Becouse no heroin here for years.Anyways now im 21, been using 4 years with pauses the longest was 3 months when i was clean and working , then i were on methadone 60mg day.
Anyways i was taking methadone since last summer 60 tapered to 20 till 17 May.Then i suffered still pretty hard and lasted 3 days , then did 1th (stamp,bag,Dose) fentanyl. Then started kicking agan lasted 3 days agan did , like 3 -4 times with 2-3 days difference between smoking.
Sooo yesterday night i did my last dose , AGAN! (im so mad!). But its really last ... Soo i dont have almost any withdrawals now , ONLY Hardcore insomnia + weakness only in my legs(restlessness legs??). And its so hard im pulling myself with hands to WC , kitchen etc.Just laying in bed and smoking cig after every 20min.
Also i quit cold turkey from methadone 20mg , and also have insane diarrhea
When it goes off i really dont remember when i last detoxed im pretty sure 2 weeks shud be good , and i can work agan, i got alot diff sleeping pills , dormicum , stilnox etc. european stuff. taking vitamin B - D and ate today 1th time in 3 days ( a real food , not fruits etc).
Could it go away with 4 days with this low dose? (Just 1 bag between 2-3days).
Anyone Whos suffered restlessness legs , or hard insomnia please share it with me, it gives me encourage!!

The Dormicum will definitely help you with sleep and even restless leg syndrome. For the diarrhea, you can get a drug called loperamide from the drug store without a prescription. Eating healthy wouldn't be a bad idea.

I've had similar experiences in the past when detoxing, many many people here have experienced or continue to go through what you are going through. You just got to stick with it, take your Dormicum, get some loperamide (or something else for diarrhea), keep taking the vitamins and eating healthy and you will come out of this soon enough. You have to remember that tough times don't last, tough people do.

Yea ur absolutely right i mean i really hate stilnox becouse this sleeping pill acts like im going crazy , i was putting water bottle near my bed , and thougt its a game or w.e , i really went crazy and didnt sleep atall. But 1th days i took dormicum 1 tablet , and after 3hours more 1 or 1,5. And then fell sleep 4-5h so 2 pills helps me fine.(thats sad, too big tolerance).Anyways i will try dormicum tonight cuz i slept 3MF high yesterday....so yea thanks for diarrhea drug also!
How should i use my sleeping drugs , i mean take 2-2-2- but if it wont end and i get sleep 4-5h with dormicum , i should taper it down also after 3-5 days after last yes?
And if i cant get sleep with 0.5 then just wait till i knockout?

To be noticed i did 7-8 doses each day last 2 years before going methadone.
 
^ adding to the loperamide , ive been reading up on it a little and theres plenty of stories about how it magically gets rid of opiate withdrawals , so go to the chemist and get some , dose 25-30mg loperamide (not sure if ull need more or w/e because of tolerance) and see how that goes . also loperamides origional purpose is to stop diarrhea , so ur killing 2 birds with one stone , if i were u id do that then just start munching sleeping pills or drink heaps of alcohol / smoke heaps of weed till i feel asleep .

It's okay to have a big tolerance, I also have a huge tolerance to sleeping pills/anti-anxiety drugs - you can just taper off of the Dormicum after you feel better. For now, if taking 2 pills helps, then take 2 pills. Don't use Stilnox because it is a very weak drug for insomnia. Dormicum is short-acting, so it's okay to take 2 pills every 3-4 hours.
 
Hello fellas.
Its been 7 DAYS , since i slipped and took 1 bag of 3MF!!
Anyways iv been sleeping 3 last days without any sleeping pills! I feel kinda normal , now i only have one big big problem why i came here to post and ask help.
I still have the fking FLU + Fever its between 37.0-37,5 .i dont take any fever lowering drugs like paracetamol etc.
My nose is running , sick cough + i went doctor sinus infection etc all Flu/sick symptoms , im soo weak and tired all time but not sleeping at day.
Sleeping regular 10h at night.

WHEN this weakness and flu + fever stops , iv been taking 4 days now ...
Sinupret = for sinus nasal (pills)
Prospan = for cough
and some brain opiod receptor rebuilders Alfa-Cortex.

If i wasnt using fent i caught also 4-5 times flu in winter + 2 times in summer so im pretty weak immune person.

Anyone have been through same stuff?
When this torture ends!

8 days since last dose , and still have mega cough + fever + runny nose.
Noone had fever after withdrawal ? how long ? please!
Slept 7h + 3h tonight! without any pills
 
12th day without anything lol , Still hugh fever 37,3-37,5 insane cough and runny nose . its like never ending flu:S
taking still sinupret and prospan nothing helps !!

I thought you weren't withdrawing from heroin, you were withdrawing from methadone and fentanyl? It is very common to have long lasting withdrawal symptoms after stopping methadone. Acute withdrawal symptoms from methadone can last for 3-5 weeks, and post-acute withdrawal symptoms like depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc can last even longer. But I think having a long-lasting high fever is less common, generally people alternate between chills/feeling cold and clammy, and feeling hot and sweaty, but not a constant fever. How high is your fever? Were you saying it's 37.3 to 37.5 degrees Celsius?

Is it possible you could have a flu or something in addition to the withdrawals?

Have you tried loperamide? That should help with the diarrhea at the very least and can be helpful for withdrawal symptoms in general. I'm not sure what the brand name would be in Estonia, it's Immodium in North America. Try a magnesium supplement as well to help with RLS and sleep etc.

You're doing really great to have made it this far and I hope you keep it up! Don't worry it'll get easier and you've already made it through most of the hard part. The Dark Side forum can be great for mental support with your recovery if you ever need people to talk to.

Yea im withdrawing from methadone + relapsed fent couple times before i stopped all its 12th day now!!
Actually i havent got any depression insomnia etc anymore for like 5-6 days , its all fun etc , havent found things to do yet.(going gym soon, and gonna work instant 12h a day after my fever gets off) i get perm job anytime!
I dont have any chills colds anything withdrawal alike.
Its just regular neveerending flu/cold. And yes my fever is in celsius, some mornings its normal but after 2-3h awake it rises.
I am going to doctor tomorrow.
the diarrhea isnt annoying me atall + im eating like horse!

Like others have said, try loperamide! it's a god given gift for opiate withdrawal in my opinion. it always helps with my physical symptoms, like the things you are describing. Try it.

As always, read up on it first and gain as much info as possible.
 
Hey its been now 13 days since my last dose and still have only fever + cough + runny nose!
Yesterday i went to doctor and gave my analysis for regular flu = negative
But now she made analysis of mycoplasma bacteria (its ver common bacteria for weakness + flu symtoms for months!!)
And if those are negative , my last analysis would be Hiv , Aids , C-hepatite.
So yea im pretty scared hope i get good news and i got the mycoplasma bacteria , we got very good antiobiotics for this kinda bacteria so yea.
GL everyone , try to stay clean!
 
I wouldn't say loperamide is "gods gift" guys...I think it's been way over hyped. It does provide some relief but you will still be feeling like shit guaranteed.
