I take weight lifting serious and i know its very important to be drinking at least 1 gram of protein for 1 lb of weight. i weigh 160 lbs so that would mean about 3 shakes a day. But my problem is right now im going through stomach problems. i have diareah constantly and the protein just makes it alot worse. I have been getting bigger but i know with drinkin protein i could be getting prob better results. i currently drink isopure.. is there any protein known to be easier on the stomach??
