don't believe as much as ya like but being 100% percent sure that your beliefs couldn't possibly be incorrect seems a bit ballsy. I used to believe the same. until I proved to myself I was wrong, twice.

There is fent in there you can really die fast -- ppl use to drop smoking off the patch gel all the time (and opium which is less strong by objectively) and I dont believe street dope to be safer. (maybe a 10 dollar pack contains less fent than a 5mg patch, which really had like 7.5-8 if I recall) but I have no idea and wouldnt trust those fools for shit as far as hotspots and whatnot.

Heroin IS one of those drugs where given zero or low tolerance, natural sensitivity and those coincide with high purity dope and good technique, maybe aided by an old timer, you may be surprised. Especially when mixing downers.
But by and large, accidental heroin overdoses from smoking just a little too much are usually more of the kind where you puke your guts out and your friends gotta look out for you and its a shitty time for all involved. But usually, smoking too much dope will make you sick and stop using before you die. Unless you're already on god knows what CNS depressants.
