Probably not. Small doses of caffeine work well with some of the more sedating opiates, assuming you're trying to get stuff done and/or stay awake.

Caffeine pills have very high doses of caffeine. Assuming the pill you're working with is 200mg, you'd want to start with 1/4 of a pill. What opiate are you talking about here?
