What's everyone's favourite prison themed drama's????

Personally i can't stand the idea of having to go to prison, but i find movies based on them to be very engaging and exciting....

Some of the best prison drama's in my book are:

Shawshank Redemption....... well this goes without saying, i don't really have to say anything

In Hell....... you may laugh as Van Damme is harly oscar winning material, but i found this movie to be gritty and tough

Lockdown.....one of my favourites, excellent acting and very brutal....even if the ending is a little cliche...

Sleepers......very moving, much like Shawshank and a little confronting, especially seen the subject matter is based upon young dudes...(may have been a true story as it was based on a book??)

I can't really think of anymore right now.....there are a few movies i wanna see like Das Experiment and The Animal Factory which are also supposed to be good.....

Oz is a great series.

I actually am intrigued by the new movie coming out, "The Longest Yard"

yeah oz is great........the longest yard looks funny, but will hardly have any emotional impact.......much the same as Mean Machine, but an American version..

i really enjoyed ghosts of the civil dead (half-written by nick cave, for the trivia fans). really, really well done.

of course, the shawshank redemption is the obvious choice, and probably my favourite too.
