Opioids Prilosec OTC and Loperamide

Does anyone have any experiences taking both of these drugs together? As you all probably know by now, Loperamide DOES cross the blood- brain barrier, however, it is almost completely shot back out by P-glycoprotein. Prilosec is a P-glycoprotein inhibitor so it should allow the Loperamide to stay crossing the BBB and affect the central nervous system. Anyone every try this?
