price of pot in Amsterdam?

I was just in Amsterdam, and like anywhere else it depends on how much you were buying.
There is different grades of weed there - but the top quality hydro - which incidently is not any better than the top quality hydro here - goes for 20 guilders for between 1.4 and1.8 grams. That is around $17 australian.
That is far cheaper than the standard "stick" here - but in most parts of the country we would pay about that much if we bought around half an oz or more.
$400 an oz is absolutely ridiculous - There must be cheaper grass in newcastle, you need to look elsewhere.
Nimbin also has cheap weed, but its mostly outdoor - try around easter through to july for the cheapest and best quality - around $180 and $200 per oz.

The price over in W.A. for an ounce of premium grade hydroponic weed is around $250.
I hear from a number of sources that W.A. has the best strains of weed... so we do quite well in that regard. A pitty about pills however! you have to pay up to $50 a pill.

ROFL *takes a breath* ROFL.... seriously though justanotherguy is right just get yoself a good hookup that's all

That is because the population is much greater than here in Perth, that does not take into account the strain of the particular satavia.
I think what I was trying to say is that Perth is home to a greater variety of higher quality strains than any other state. I found this out because my dad is a police man and it is part of his/their job to identify the quality of the plants they confiscate. They do this by finding out what strain the plant is, then rating the % of THC inside the dried flower (bud)... it is then compared with other strains in order to find a trend in location and quality... done so in order to link dealers and growers.
