Hello,

I have three fractured vertebrae in my back. I went to the doctor complaining of non-existent back pain and was prescribed 30mg codeine pills. I went back again and got Tramadol. My doctor told me that tramadol in combination with paracetamol should be able to control my pain. Now, Tramadol is alright, but do you think I could push my luck any further, or should I be happy with what I have? And if I could go further, what is the best thing to say - i.e. do I say it works sometimes, didn't work at all or what? Thanks

UK by the way

The only thing we'll tell you here is to be honest, we won't help you score drugs off your doc. If your meds aren't controlling your pain, tell him that and from there, its his call.
