I've heard of people taking Xanax, ritalin, and other prescription drugs, do people take SSRIs for recreational use?
If so, how does it affect a person not suffering from depression or ADD? Just curious

SSRIs are only abusable for the kind of people who have some burning need to pop pills, the kind of people who eat tubes of drammamine multiple times just because they're so deathly afraid of sobriety. There's really no enjoyable aspect to it, you'll feel like crap and some of them have long half-lifes so you'll feel like crap for a good period of time. Unless you're one of the aforementioned people who's willing to trip off drammamine if it's all you can get your hands on you'll regret ever having attempted it.

SSRI's are completely worthless recreationally. Excepting the fact that they help protect serotonin neurons from some MDMA damage.
And as for dramamine...it sucks. I have tried it once and I didn't enjoy it at all. Didn't have a bad time, but it wasn't good either.

Blow taking SSRI's for recreational use - if you don't need them, don't take them.
Go and do some real drugs or not at all =P
