hi everyone...first post and all that so hello!

basically i'm after a bit of advice.
swim has had a reasonable amount of substance experience...mdma, shrooms, dmt, salvia, weed a few times each but nothing extensive, and all on single occasions.

this weekend swim is doing a 3 day music festival and it'll be the first time swim does an entire weekend on substances without sleep (at least swim thinks that the best option is to forgo sleep). swim has 3g of mdma, 2g of mushrooms and 1/4 green to last the 3 days.

swim would welcome any advice on how to best handle it- anything to keep energy levels up, whether to sleep at all, what to mix and what not to mix, and whether anything should be avoided!

cheers!

uh, try and get some sleep.

important things: food (mre's or bring a camping stove), water, TOILET PAPER, shelter. have benzos to sleep for a few hours, rotate the drugs you are using and if you get caught, find out who in your group has the highest tolerance to whatever drugs so you can all eat the evidence.

have fun

Good answer.

Please sleep. Benzos are good (for a few hours when you don't think you can sleep) - switch it up. Bring essential toiletries. EAT some food ;).

Stay home and watch the show on TV.

But seriously, even asking if you should even try to sleep is kinda dumb. If you want to try and stay awake for 3 days straight with the aid of chemicals, a harm reduction forum ain't the place to be. Seriously, take a nap during the crap bands. You'll find yourself falling asleep whether you want to or not, so you might as well plan for it.

Even if its not X number of hours a day at a set time, just grab a few hours whenever the time is right. If it's 3pm and nothing exciting is happening, just go grab a spontaneous nap. Do that a few times here and there and you'll be MUCH better off.

And we don't use "swim" here, we prefer "backstroke."

^what about breast stroke?? lol

Also having your own tent ect might prevent you from getting your important shit stolen from you if you nod off in the open.

Don't even go dude.

It's a terrible lifestyle.

Stay home instead and smoke some weed, or do benzos / opiates and play world of warcraft.

I'm sorry that's just my opinion (I did the rave scene for 7 years) but do what you want and if you decide to go be safe.

you need to sleep. at least a few hours each night. you will not have fun if you do not.

depending on ur tolerance, take 0.5G MDMA+2G shrooms (hippyflip) the first night... you'll be able to sleep if ur MDMA is pure and not cut with amps.. also shrooms comedown makee u tired... then second night take 0.75g MDMA, and the last night 1G MDMA... (each time spaced out throughout the day/night as you see fit...

try to get some benzos, even if you can't fall asleep, they will help you relax... or if you want a knock out drug, get some seroquel (quetiapine) or zyprexa (Olanzapine) these neuroleptics, when you have not tolerance will knock you out...

Pack something warm to wear, even in summer, festivals can get cool of a night time, and more so when your body temp drops after taking drugs.

Pack pleanty of water, some food to keep you going, fruit is always a good option.

As suggested by other people, try and get some sleep/rest. At some point your body/mind will need a break.

Most of all enjoy yourself and be safe :)

Make sure you bring food, water, warm clothes, a tent, toilet paper, chemicals to process your waste, an iPod, a hand-crank generator to recharge your iPod, a laptop with wifi, cell phone with solar power recharge, a journal with blank pages and waterproof, permanent ink pen (to get autographs from the bands), toothbrush with all-natural toothpaste (you can make toothpaste with mayonnaise and sand in a pinch), first aid kit w/defibrulator, tree bark, organic tea and a small flashlight.

Less important but still good to bring with you are turntables, spatula, human hair wig, 1,000 thread count egyptian sheets, 3-gallon cowboy hat, legos and sunscreen.

Small arms also are good to have on hand, nothing fancy, just a 9mm glock, Kevlar, semi-automatic assault rifle w/heckler & Koch laser targeting sight and a few flash grenades should be enough for a music festival. Maybe some tear gas if you want to disperse the crowd and get a good place at the front of the stage.

Personally, I wouldn't risk leaving the house without all these items, but that's just me. Perhaps you can ask your friends to bring a few of these so you don't have to be responsible for all of it. Of course, it goes without saying that you'll do a full background and credit check on all the people you plan to go with! Obvious, I know, but it doesn't hurt to remind.

But most important, bring a positive attitude and a smile!

Lulz.. you are my new hero. HK SP-89 would work well at a music festival... <3

I would definitely recommend geting some sleep, because if you don't all the chemicals in your brain that you get high off of are going to be completely drained you won't be able to high on anything except the weed and mushrooms.
