Prep for plugging, Hydromorph contin

For my pain, I find using my hydromorph other then oral, provides better pain relief and also gives a bit of a rush at the same time, which i enjoy

I,ve been snorting for quite awhile now, Been Iv for the past week, But that method is to hard for me, As my partner dosent know My diffrent methods of taking it. and I want to keep it that way.

How do you plug the stuff?

Anybody want to explain how you prep and administar?

Prep exactly as you would for IV except in a needle-less syringe.

Stick it in your butt.

Isn't intranasal BA the same as rectal for hydromorphone? Just crush up all your hydromorph and store it so it's ready to go for insufflation. Seems more time efficient and would have a less risk factor of getting caught than plugging. I would think so anyway.

But I'm biased as I love insufflation if the BA is good, and I'd rather not plug unless the BA is significantly better lol.

It's not hydromorphone, its hydromorph contin. Not sure if they are the same or diffrent.

So its ok to not filter the liquid and spray the beads and all?

And when I IV, a 50cc shot hits me hard... I should be ok plugging 6mg? all at once? Because I usually get three shots when I IV

Hydromorph contin is Hydromorphone.

And when I think about it he is correct. Intranasal BA is 54% and rectal is around 33%.

Could have saved a lot of time had I taken the time to actually think.

ok so for nasal? Just lay back on the couch and spray into the nsal?

Make sure you dont spray it so that it goes down the back of your throat and into your stomach thus making it oral.

You want to just coat the mucosal membrane with your solution so it absorbs through there.

So I have about 4ML in the syringe, Even spraying lightly it will come out and into the throat.

Do I slowly spray the whole 4ml, or a little at a time?

Have you got an empty nasal sprayer that you can use? These are fantastic for Intranasal dosing.

Go very slowly, you don't want to squirt, you want to dribble it out while slowly inhaling.

The nasal sprayer is a great Idea, I can fill and take with me.. but people my get curios if I spray it 50 times, lol

well deffinatly no rush this way, like Iv.. I just wish I didnt bruise so much and it wasnt dangerous iv'ing..
