Premature ejaculation

you could just let the ejaculation happen but dont stop what your doing, maybe ejaculate 10 times, nevermind that the first one comes right away, keep doing what things please you. I dont think taking drugs just for that may be a good idea

Drugs would just be band aid solution, instead try some tantra :)

Dont think: "oh i'll just take opiates...it'll be OK...i'll only use them when I have sex".

That path leads to the dark side:\

There are breathing techniques and all sorts of things that can help. You do not need to resort to drugs.

Trazadone is a primary tranquilizer, aka an anti-psychotic.

ebola

Where did you get this information from? I'm not saying you're wrong but everywhere I look I see trazadone listed as an anti-depressant, most related to the tri-cyclics.

You can learn to control yourself by really relaxing.

Its hard to explain but you sort of relax and not concentrate on the good feelings going on down below. You still go through the motions but don't let yourself get too worked up otherwise you'll go in a second.

Second, when you feel like thats not going to work and you're done for, think really bad thoughts. Whats the cricket score, think about your grandma naked, think about something you did that day (don't think too much or you'll loose it all-together if you know what I mean).

Last but not least, the motion you do when you stop yourself from peeing? Do that when youre blowing (someone told me that its how to prolong orgasm. Could be complete shit and might not be very good for you tho so be careful).

Then just use what you have left.

Disgusting, I know but thats my theory! :D

Oh yeh, try viagra. It won't matter if you blow, you won't go down.

there are many techniques you can learn to control that sort of thing. read up on the net about them.. not a good idea to resort to drugs to help it just yet.. and getting an opiate addiction to stop your PE is really ludicrus..
anti-deps are a bad idea too because they can give you a whole range of side-effects and their anti-PE properties havnt even been proved yet.. and plus they take awhile to have any effect on your system.

drugs aint the answer, only a short term solution. After a while they wont work. this problem is relatively easy to sort out, just check out the amount of advice on the net, if that dont work see a professional or a pro (sorry coulnt resist the english latter joke)

lol i know this 1 dude, well hes going out with my ex-girlfriends and she rubbed the back of his neck and he nutted everywhere
geetered << 8o LMFAO, fucking funny shit man

There is more to that suggestion about "stopping yourself urinating" than it sounds like.

"The pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle) is the same muscle that you squeeze shut to stop urinating in mid stream, and it's the muscle that involuntary "pumps" when you ejaculate.... Having a weak PC muscle causes weak erections, weak ejaculations, impotence, premature ejaculation, and more."
http://www.go-penis-enlargement.com/pc_muscle.html

There are exercises you can do to strengthen this muscle, and if you plan on having a lot of sex in the future, taking drugs every time is not a particularly good idea (although it may help out in the short term).

^^ Good advice.

A friend of mine, happily married in his early thirties, has had problems with PE all his life.

He recently announced that it was fixed by using Cialis. He explained that although he initially comes fairly quickly, his recovery is excellent and he can sustain the second erection for as long as he wants.

I think Cialis is great stuff if used occasionally. At 45 I feel I'm quite lucky as I don't suffer the complaints that many others my age seem to. Perhaps it was all those years of Taoist exercises =D

But there's no doubt about the performance potential of Tadalafil. The effect seems to last for days 8o

Trazadone is an SSRI, but it's also used as a sleeping medication. I have a prescription for tons of it, but I don't really like it. If I'd known it was an SSRI when my Dr. was prescribing it I would have refused it. I just got through telling him how much I hate SSRIs and all the reasons why I'll never do them again, and he tries to trick me by prescribing me another one. Fuck him, I've got to find a new doctor.

Anyways, trazodone does work as a sedative, but it isn't an anti-psychotic.
