After a 4 year IV heroin addiction I finally managed to stop. I am coming close to being 4 years clean but ever since I have stopped using I have had a major premature ejaculation (PE) issue. The blunt version is that opiate addiction can throw sexual function all over the place, including premature ejaculation, so you are not imagining it. The fix is usually not more random drugs. Basic pacing and reducing pressure can help, but if you want an actual treatment option for PE, dapoxetine is the more relevant thing to compare rather than chasing opioid effects.
