Preloading of L-glutamate and glycine for NMDA agonist use

I was reading this paper on NMDA agonist activity, and came across something that appears interesting, mentioning increased NMDA receptor binding affinity for PCP, and MK-801 when administered with glycine and laevo-glutamate, a lot of the paper goes over my head, and if anyone has comments or ideas, I would like to hear them.

If preloading like this works, I wouldn't be surprised if it could work for al you DXM lovers and ketamine people here too.

Not a chance... you've allready got more than enough glutamate and glycine floating around.
