I've had a couple of seizures due to GBL/Alcohol and wondered how a dose of pregabalin would affect me as it's GABA-relative?

Isnt it actually used to treat epileptics, (I am not epileptic) I just wanted to know if I were to take a small dose (100mg) would it be safe (and worthwhile)?

be patient... you should really ask your doctor, what i can tell you is that 100mg probably won't get you high... and you allready know this, but can't you refrain from getting high for 9 months, for the baby's sake???

you'll probably get shot down by a lot of people for even asking this question... not very clever IMO...

Before using any substance during pregnancy, find out what category it falls under. A and B are usually pretty safe.
 
I was half-expecting a flaming for this question. But then, no, not really because i just wanted to know if it would lower my threshold or actually be safe seeing as its used to treat epileptics. Gonna try 300mg soon i think.

Gabapentin (which I think is pretty much pregabalin, but less potent) was a really weird drug. I stumbled upon two prescriptions my dad had for them in the trash unused, and I found they had recreational potential, so I grabbed them and experimented with it. I started with 1500mg and felt nothing. The next day I took 2500mg, nothing. Then I tried 1500mg again the day after that and had a really interesting buzz for a few hours that was pretty enjoyable. After that, I only got that feeling once when taking 3000mg. I'm not sure if it's like that with everyone, but if it is, it's not really worth buying. The buzz is really nice, but just not knowing if you'll get what you paid for is lame.

i just wrote that as a joke, i live in uk....also, im a 20 y.o guy. not a pregnant girl!

Yah i was prescribed gabapentic for my cluster headaches, weird. I took 4000mg with a good 12/13 pints and was pretty fucked, but it never really affected me again, it was just like valium that was missing a vital component.
 
LOL, I was looking at a camper that was for sale yesterday when a guy (who I guess thought I was the owner) approached me and offered me $5 and 5400 mgs of gabapentin for some fishing poles laying nearby. I took the deal and got out of there before the whoever owned them showed up.
