Gabapentinoids Pregabalin manufacturer difference (India vs EU)?

Hi, I recently took 600mg Pregabalin from a prescription, I had no tolerance and really enjoyed the trip. The manufacterer was Sandoz (marketer from Spain, manufactured in Netherlands or Poland).

Some days later I decided to try again and got myself some "from the streets", it was genuine but made in India (Careclub Pharmaceuticals). I took the same dose and felt shit. I felt fatigued and disoriented with jagged movements, with no pleasure.

Is there such a great producer difference for recreational use, or was I trying to "celebrate another Christmas too soon", as a friend of mine likes to put it?
 
I know about sandoz and i also have meds from India pharmaceutical company and except the packege, sometimes i think they put more drugs into pills in India.
