Gabapentinoids Pregabalin dosage for relaxation ?

Fairly new to pregabalin, I have only taken it a few times and tried various dosage, liked it, but dont really know whats the best dosage


Is it better to take 150mg and redose 150mg? Or to take 300 all at once ?


Or more ?


lussually feel on top of the world with 0.5 to 1mg xanax or 10mg to 20mg valium (even 5mg valium is cool) because I think too much and it causes anxiety so it helps me slow down and sleep good


(Its been 7 years and I always take this kind of dose


Im no addict I always take breaks)

Hi ,I'm no expert on pregablin but start low ,if it's 300mg open the capsule and split it in half.
I recently had a prescription and took 600mg for my first dose ,I could barely function the next day and my speach was slurred ( idiotic I know)
I've never seen much recreational value of pregablin ,even less than benzos
Over the course of of the week tolerance kicked in.
I also noticed it lowered my inhibitions especially with alcohol
Never mix alcohol with pregablin ,but I'm certain your more sensible than me
