Not as abusable as opiates but the withdrawal is insane compare to diaEpam and ozy and morphine. Is there being any studies done as without it I hear voices. Cry all time and feel so stiff and achy

Yes the withdrawals can be brutal. How much and how often do you normally take it?

A slow and steady taper might be in order?

Baclofen is reported to be helpful or so I've heard. Switching to gabapentin and doing a moderate tempo taper would help you seeing as CT-ing from a daily high dose habit is horrid, IME worse than benzos in comparison.

Try and distance yourself from the ruminations. One day at a time.

Had a few pregab wd they are mental torture that seems to stay at the same level for nearly a week. I normally start feeling better from day 6 onwards after a couple of weeks it over. I used to just stop after months on it that the wrong way to go about it gradully taper down makes it a lot easier. Joints ache first day i normally have the worse headache and you do just want to cry the fatigue and feeling cold just drive you mad. It might be just me but i find tramadol helps a little
