precipited withdrawl question

I have a question about precipitated withdrawl. I am on sub 8mg per day. Yesterday I took my sub 4mg at 8am and 4mg at like 12PM. I spent all day helping my bosses wifes friend move, well I around ten last night I bent over with a box and made a remark about my back being sore and next thing I know she pulls out a whole bottle of oxycodone 30s and gave me half of one. Well me being the drug addict I am I talked her out of five. This was at like ten last night and even though I had did the sub I went strait too my truck and shot three of them up and snorted the other two. Well my question is can I take my sub right now its been 26 hours. But I'm not withdrawlin at all. I think its just because a took the sub yesterday and its keeping me from wd'in today. Any advice.

First of all, did you get high from the oxy's?

If they broke through in a strong way, I would say wait until you hit withdrawals again.

If you didn't really get high, I would tend to think that you're still "on" suboxone.

These are just my thoughts, but take it from someone who's had precipitated withdrawals before, lets get some responses from others to be sure!

No I didn't feel it it sucked. I got a small rush then just got sweaty and felt like shit. I always know I'm not gonna get high while on my suboxone but it never stops me. And yea I kno about precipited withdrawl too. The first time I went to rehab I was on a 110mg methadone dose. And had been between 80 to 100mg for over a year. the doctor at the place I went was a idiot and gave me eight mg of sub only 36 hours into the methadone withdrawl and I felt like I was andinch from death. So I'm very very cautious now.

So long as you are still on your daily sub dose schedule and the oxycodone didn't break through you will be fine as your receptors are still being hit with bupe.
