I use Jack3d every time I go to gym. At the start it actually made a bit of a difference, made the pain more bearable and had me more pumped to push harder. Understandably though, over time I've stopped noticing the effects, possibly due to having 'forgotten' the difference, or due to some tolerance issue. I was wondering if you guys had much experience with these kind of supplements, whether they're worth using, if there's any long-term side effects when used correctly (as in not swallowing 5 scoops a day when it says 2 maximum or what not), whether you build tolerance to it if you gym 3 or 4 times a week. And also if there's any brands out there that outshine the rest but aren't incredibly expensive? I'm sick of Jack3d's crash, it's a real bitch especially if I gym for too long and it hits me while I'm still lifting. Thanks.
