Is it okay to use small sterile twist top liquid vials for pre-made injections using bacteriostatic water?

I'm making simple 2ml vials at 10mg methoxetamine per ml solutions with a .1 wheel filter.

I plan on getting 4 grams in the near future.

I am going to be storing these in the fridge?

Will this be sanitary for extended periods in these storage situations?

Also, do I need to re-filter before injecting?

I don't know much about injection but that doesn't sound very sterile to me. At least not sterile enough to be IV'ing into your veins. But, as I said, I have almost no knowledge on injecting drugs. I would re filter it just to be safe, it's definitely the smart way to go.

The thing is I want to take a bottle out for one days use...

I plan on making 200 of these little bottles. I want to grab a bottle put it in the bag with my rigs and needles and go.

Whenever I want a shot, i just want to pull out the rig and draw up and blast without having to filter every time.

This is more for convenience than anything. As I can't break out a full set everywhere.

But, I figured if I made them really clean and put it in the fridge, wouldn't have to worry about bacteria especially if I filtered it out.

The mini bottles and lids are going to be cleansed by bathing n a 99% ISO-alcohol bath, and set to air dry.

I follow the same procedure with my glass syringe every day. I use new needle tips every time.

This is my first post... eep. :sus:

I do essentially this as I have easy access to all the supplies working for a compounding supply company and pharmacy. Employees are allowed to order anything non-Rx. I don't make quite that large of quantity but storing in the fridge, using sterile everything, bacteriostatic water, etc. I make about 1 mos worth of solution and it's grab-and-go. A couple of years ago when I started and made an idiot move, I made a small batch without bacteriostatic water and it went bad in a few days.

Know the smell of 'good' solution and just smell it and examine it before using it. You'll know it's no good if it smells off. FWIW, I would start with a small supply to test your technique and go bigger.

I always refilter with a micron filter before injecting. It's just a habit and the thought of not doing it makes me eugh.

I've been doing this for ~2 years and haven't had issues aside from that dumb batch I made. Thank god I didn't IV it.

Let me walk you through my process.

1. The vials and tops are thrown into a sterilized container of ISO-alcohol. (I clean them just like my glass syringe.)

2. The vials and tops are then removed with sterile neoprene gloves and set to air dry on a non-porous surface that has been cleaned that has been sprayed with ISO-alcohol.

3. The sample is mixed in the correct ratios with MXE/bacteriostatic water (A fuck ton. Total 400ml of fluid) in a 500ml beaker and drawn into a 100ml sterilized syringe and filtered through a .1 micron wheel filter into another beaker. (I had to do this 4 times. This is the longest shit ever.)

4. I drew the solution into a sterile 20ml syringe with a dispensing needle, and withdrew 2ml in every 2ml vial. (This was indeed a bitch, but I had jams on to make it go by faster.)

5. With gloves still on, I capped every one of the little containers and put them all in a gallon zip-lock bag...

6. The fridge at 40*F....

This is the business....

I never knew it was going to be so much doses until I did the math. I got half of it left. This is in bigger vials.

I can do twice the amount in bigger vials If tolerance need be. Or double the amount of mxe per ml...

This is rather convenient to me as I can just have a vial/s syringe, iso-swabs and needles. All fit into a glasses case in my pocket.

More compact that tagging along a whole kit.

Ask captain heroin about his premade suboxone solutions he makes. Seems to be a similar procedure. He uses his sub films along with bac stat water, microns, and prepares enough solution for multiple injections for a week+ at a time.
