Hello! This is my first post on bluelight. What a great source of info!

Id like some advice on what, and how to eat the day of a roll. I tried MDMA for the first time this past october, what a wonderful experience! However, i feel like I was still like 5 notches away from the full experience. I ate too soon before the roll was the general idea why i think i didnt roll too hard.

For my next attempt (in march) I plan on eating a huge breakfast in the morning and just have liquids after that until its time to drop. The only concern i have about doing it this way is that, well, breakfast usually consists of lots of diary product. Cheese, eggs, milk.......... etc. If i remember correctly, eating dairy the day of a roll can greatly reduce it? Can someone chime in on this? Is this true?

Rule of thumb is to eat light meals before you roll
Darksidesam has a blog entry about his ideal pre-roll diet.
I've never personally tried it, but you might try taking a look and testing it out. :)
Let us know how it goes.

Eat a normal breakfast and lunch then don't have dinner (assuming your dropping at night like 8pm~).
Take a higher dose.
Get lots of sunlight in the days prior (good for your serotonin AFAIK).
Try space the rolls out (I'd say 2 weeks minimum break but I myself have broken that rule a couple times so I guess that makes me a hypocrit :P).

Dairy can be a main part of a breakfast meal, but I often prefer to eat fruits and grains for breakfast the day of my roll. I dont know if it makes a difference, but I think that it can't hurt to eat healthily the day of, to get lots of vitamins and energy in my system for later.
Throughout the day I try to snack on other good foods such as avocados, which are a good source of healthy fat (energy!) and are filling. So good if you drizzle honey on them..

I'll match your avacado and honey and raise you a full English breakfast sir, all sorts of nutritious grease.

I make some pretty good greasy breakfasts..

I mean.. a meal like this would definitely be energizing for later. All those calories :D but avocados are the way to go, honestly. Fruit of the gods.

I could do with that right now, but I'm gonna save myself for dinner... aha I was only jokin', seriously need the vits before rollin'. Avacado + Mango + Chicken into a fresh bread roll.... It is the one ;)

I get bang on the smoothies and bananas with a fry up in the mornin', then starve myself till then. I'm a complete mess when I roll; thats the way I like it :D Plus I've found fasting stops the nauseau, either that or my gut has started to like the chemical burns.

I space my rolls 3 months apart. :) Still want to know if anyone has some info about dairy and rolling?

there's no reason dairy should hurt anything. In fact I would eat a large breakfast with some potatoes eggs and a bowl of healthy cereal like raisin bran

I just eat plenty then fast for 3 hours before dropping.

My rolls get better the more nutrition I have beforehand. Also, milk is high in phenylalanine and tryptophan, which are the essential proteins body converts to dopamine/neuropenephrine and seroronin. If anything it should be good for your roll

I don't have any real scientific diet recommendations. Growing up, I always heard people saying to not eat for a few hours before you roll- they claimed that you would roll harder. BAD advice. Why? First off I noticed through using amphetamine during binges, that forcing yourself to eat when you normally would sober, makes you feel better and allows redosing to be more effective. Your body and mind are better off having the nutrients, and naturally you will have a better time. With MDMA, one of the last times I tried it, I ate a full, well-balanced meal just before dropping two legitimate pokeballs. This was no heroic dose for me, since my tolerance was pretty twisted at the time, but I rolled very well. In fact, I rolled for a longer amount of time than I normally would have, since the pills did not absorb all at once and because my body had all it needed to make the most of the experience. I did not have a harsh drop off, and the experience was very good overall. From now on if I decide to use MDMA, I will eat a full well-balanced meal just before eating my pills. I also recommend eating well throughout the day. Make sure you have a good variety of food throughout the day (any decent food is better than no food). Think about it... once you are high, you are not going to eat a damn thing, and you will probably sleep off the comedown and not have an appetite in the morning. Your body needs that last minute nutrition, especially if you are gonna be dancing all night or anything like that. Of course, a vitamin and some harm reduction supplements wouldn't hurt either, so eat them with that last meal.
