Alternatively, if you dont like the taste of the water, you can stand on your head, stick a funnel in your arse and pour away... it works wonders.

That would actually be probably the best way to take a pill ever. The comeup would most likely be extreme since you are effectively plugging powder and would absorb it quickly and all together.

Alternatively you can fill a syringe with the drug solution (the ones that don't come with a needle attatched), then squat as if you are going to take a dump and squirt it up your khyber.

I actually heard a Y.S.A.S. worker reccomend this to a friend of mine for heroin as she had spider veins and would butcher herself everytime she needed a hit, which was at least once a day.
Needless to say I pissed myself laughing!
