Powder MDMA / incense type aroma?

I have seen some MDMA powder in the area that test's great and have been told by friends who have consumed its good however it has a funny smell to it almost like an incense type smell not an aniseed has anybody ever herd of this before? It taste's the part very nasty and bitter but it does leave a burning sensation in my mouth that i also find a bit odd.

The is quite strange because when I buy MDMA from one specific dealer (also powder), he always hands me the caps all wrapped up in some random scrap of paper, and that paper often smells like incense. Or, at least, I figured it was the paper, not the actual caps. Curious... My thinking was that they probably burn incense to mask any chemical odours wherever its manufactured, but who knows?

When you say it tests great, shouldn't that be the answer? Or do you mean friends have tested it and it's good as far as word of mouth and the grapevine are concerned?
The only way to really know for sure is to get a personal test kit for yourself.

No i have tested it myself it turns black within 3-4 seconds on a maquis test but if I am not mistaken it only take's a tiny bit of MDXX to have positive test results. The powder sticks together and i would say it is a bit clumpy with a grain texture and a weird smell almost like incense with a hint on lemon type smell and the powder does not stick to the bag at all like most cutting agent's do.

MDMA can take on the smell of a lot of things depending what it was 'maybe' stored in? Smell / taste alone should not be used as an indication of purity!
