Powder inhalers to snort?

have u ever used powder inhalers as a tool to snort instead of a regular straw of any kind? Do they exist?

Wouldn't the mouthpiece bentoo big for your nose. I don't see any advantage of using this over "bullets" which you can buy in headshoomps. Other then stealth.
Also dont those inhalers use foil caps etc? What you snorting?
