Opioids Potentiators and Smoked Opium

Yo. I realize there's a lot of megathreads and whatnot, but I'm not sure if I've seen this discussed, and need an answer sort of quickly. But.

Do potentiators of opiates, such as quinine in tonic water, tums, etc., affect a smoked opiate high..like opium for example? I am not sure how the metabolism works.

Yeah tonic water, antihistamines, and dextromethorphan are the best. I'd be very suspicious of the legitimacy of the 'opium' probably black tar heroin or bunk unless you're in Asia.
