Potentiation

I know theres tons of opiate potentiation info out here but i cant seem to find it. I know the usual Tagament and grapefruit juice, which i cant drink. Im on dilaudid 8mg and want to boost its effects cause my tolerance has risen. Like i said, sorry if im beating a dead horse but was wondering if anyone knows anything that would boost dilaudid. Thanks

How are you taking it? The oral route of administration yields very very low availability with hydromorphone...

Thanks. I used hydroxizine today and it worked good and wont continue the thread cause i found the potentiation thread. Ok head high???

Yes, thank you. I dont mean to be a stickler, im just saying that there is a lot of good info in the potentiation thread, and theres no need to reiterate it all here. Hope i didnt offend anyone
