Potentiation of opiates by dxm?

My buddy i havent seen in a while stopped over my house today to pay me a visit. Back in the day he was known as the opiate dude pretty much becasue he could get just about anything, his specialty being fentanyl patches....but thats besides the point. We got to talking and he was telling me he had just learned how to cut his tolerance down on opiates by using low dose dxm in combination with the opiates. He also said it makes the effect of the opiate much more profound. Any one have any info on this?

Yes NMDA-antagonists should reduce your tolerance to opiates, benzoes and some other things. There is a great thread here on bluelight with lots of info
