Potentiating Temazepam (Restoril) to sleep tonight!!!!!!

how much grapefruit juice again? i wanna get the most ut of 2mg of xanax but i have been taking them for a few days i skipped last night though
 
i have a script for 15mg temazepams for sleep and ive found it hard to cop a buzz off these damn things. id take 4mg of xanax over anything >100mg temazepam
 
Temazepam seems to work less and less as you use it more and more often. I've been taking 30mg/night for the last 5 or 6 months, and I don't feel anything in my head from it, I know that it helps me sleep and I'll sleep longer/better with it than without.
 
i have a HUGE tolerance and 60 mg temazepam will black me out most liekyl if i drink a beer or smoke a bowl especialy. i also take 6 mg klonopin, so the fact that even one temazepam (30 mg) works fine for me is amazing. its a great drug and ive never found need to potentiate it cause it REALLY fucks me up even after years of benzo use.

1/2 a liter at least get the white gf juice the pink one is crap
