Gabapentinoid (Lyrica)
NMDA antagonist (Ketamine)
Ethanol (Gin / Rum / Vodka)

Obviously carefully & safely tiraded to the tolerance of the individual .…all substances are at “low therapeutic doses” but when all combined in an oral Brompton Cocktail the effects are amplified…..you would use the lowest dose of each substance and slowly increase as needed until you know your tolerance of this hybrid cocktail

Methadone 100mg (+25mg in needed)
Ritalin 50-70mg IR
Valium 20-30mg
Xanax 1mg
Lyrica 300-450mg
Phenibut 1.5 grams

Hey guys

As many has already mentioned it but i will just mention it again. Nothing beats gabapentin and prgabalin together. But with that said there is a certain dose and ratio that needs to be achieved to get the best and I mean best out of this combo, I hate to say it but it can rival some opiates/opiods anyway, that coming from me l, a heavy user of them.

For me nice trick to try or that I have find on a personal basis and as prescribed.

Gabapentin 800mg x4 a day
Pregabalin 250 x4 a day

Charlton combo, on the low to medium dose I think to do the trick everything without fail.
