Opioids potentiating oral hydromorphone

i have some 8mg exalgos (slow release hydromorphone) and want to make the best out of them, the high is amazing.

i cant snort due to slow release (its the exact same slow release thats in concerta, which is weird) and I tried putting it under my tounge the first time, which gave me this very euphoric but very spacey opiate high. Then I simply removed the SR and ate the pill, which for some reason not only got me higher than did the same amount under my tounge, but also gave me a better and long lasting high.

is there any way to make it absorb better in my stomach? Is there any way to dissolve it and put the water up my nose? Also looking for anything that will potentiate opiates in general. Any advice is appreciated :)
 
Ok all the things that up tabs and percs, grapefruit juice that sort that are listed in a lot of threads here work a little with dilaudid but not great, the nasal BA of them are not a lot better. Before I was a shooter I used to make my morning coffee with hazelnut creamer and let one dizlv in it and couldn't even taste it that was how I got up and at em everyday for a while. On the other hand I shoot them now if you don't shoot then don't ever ever start especially with those little devils I could make my script last pretty good until I became friends with the needle then I don't know if my months script ever made it a full week ever after that point. ( go with big glass of grapefruit juice or coffee both add nicely )
 
i tried everything to make exalgos snortable. nothing worked! i just had to eat about 40 of them to feel anything.
 
something acidic, like already stated, should help the pills break down faster in your system
